Our return policy is easy; if you're not satisfied with our products than just contact us regarding your purchase and we will do what it takes to make you satisfied. All returns must be made within 15 days of purchase and must be in like-new condition.

To ensure proper and timely handling of your return/exchange, please be sure to include a copy of the invoice or your name, address, phone number, order number, and the item number of item(s) returned and the price of each item.

• We cannot accept returned items in used or damaged condition.
• Refunds will include the cost of "merchandise only". Original Shipping and Handling charges will "not" be refunded.
• We do not pay return shipping costs unless the item you are returning was physically defective or we incorrectly fulfilled your order.

Shipping Transit Times

Typically, orders placed before 12 noon Eastern Time Monday through Friday ship same day or within 1-3 business days, while orders placed after 12 noon or on weekends will ship the next business day. You can calculate transit times for UPS using the map below . During the holidays, please understand to high volume of shipping packages it may take a longer transit time for your order.
